Sorry to all those who replied and noted that I forgot to say it was an 84 Westy. Again, it just flat out quit. Had fuel at injectors, spark at the plugs, and no obvious disconnects (wires, vacuum, etc.). What it does have is a dead ECU. Everything works, but there is no brain to control it!
