A couple of months ago I went 43 miles on a half tank.  Blowing huge black
clouds of smoke.  Eventually had to stop, it was running so poorly.


It was my fuel pressure regulator, it had plugged up and I was running 90
plus psi fuel pressure instead of the proper 30 or so.  Made me run a little
rich...
