I was wondering if one could sneak through a chain check in a 2WD vanagon if they had the nice 4WD sticker right on the front. Would this fool the chain check guy? It seems in California they like to require chains as soon as the road gets wet. I would chain up when necessary by my standards. Has anyone tried this? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated...
