Subject: gas gauge doesn't work
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hello, My fuel gauge on my 80 Westy stops working after about three quarters of a tank. When it's full, it reads full, but when it starts getting lower, it goes all the way to 'empty.' At first, months ago, it worked fine down to a quarter tank, then kaput. Now, though, it's going 'kaput' at 3/4tank and I ran out of gas on the way to class. Time to fix this. Any help on what's wrong, or what to check, replace, etc would be greatly appreciated :) Thank you, Chris Gkikas 80 Westy, "Guyute" (running on empty) http://www.geocities.com/Athens/9860/bus.html
