Yes, and it works. I covered some rusted areas on mine nearly 3 yrs ago, and it has not rusted back through. If you use this stuff, get a respirator and latex gloves. It has quite a stench to it, and you will have one hell of a headache if you use this stuff in an enclosed area for any length of time. Also, the can warns not to get the stuff on your skin- it won't wash off, not with soap & water, not with mineral spirits, turpentine, etc. it just won't come off, it will be on your skin for days til it wears off. Eastwood sells another product, Corroless, and it is less toxic and seems to work just as well as POR 15. I've used both with excellent results. Good luck, Jeff S.
