Subject: Tires again.

Sorry to revisit a hackneyed topic, but I need some help. My engine rebuild is almost complete, I am hitting the road in less than a month and I need new tires. Based on all of the archives I have looked through and my mechanics advice, I have settled on either the Yokohama 370's or Michelin MXT. Well, I can't find either of them anywhere. Tire rack says they have a Michelin MX with a reinforced sidewall that will fit the bill. Is this the same as the MXT? If not, does anyone have any experience with this tire? I am planning on getting a 185/70/14. My mechanic suggested this size to help with sidewind movement. I am also putting on new KYB shocks for this purpose. The PO had some bargain basement passenger tire and shock on there and it handles like a sail boat. Thanks for any help.
