Subject: Need help identifying hose attachment on 90 Multivan
Content-type: multipart/alternative;

My 90 Multivan has a big glop of sealer around a hose connection. What I need is help identifying what this thing is so that I can replace it.

I'm doing this from memory so bear with me. As you look into the engine bay, look straight center to the clutch housing. There is a coolant hose that comes across the top of the housing & then down to the left against the firewall and connects to what looks like a pump.

Anyway, mine has a regular hose which connects to a white plastic nozzle which is then attached to the pump (or whatever it is). It's got a bunch of goo around the base of the nozzle which I don't dare even touch before I have a replacement in hand.

Does this white plastic thingy detach and if so can I order it? Is it part of the whole pump which must be replaced?

Thanks for your help. JOHN
