I too have had several bad experiences with Parts place, and it is true that they expect you to pay for return shipping if an item is not correct. I've been swindled out of only small things so the cost of shipping them back for the right item didn't seem worth the hassle, but I still think the customer service could have been better. I want to thank everyone on the list that willingly contributes their experiences or their insight, it has helped me distinguish the difference between a customer friendly vw parts dealer and a not so friendly.
