It is almost impossible... in Canada the "no questions asked" age is 15
years for importation, for the USA that age is 25 years.
The advantage is the *some* cars can be made to USA spec if the
*manufacturer* says it is possible. In Canada, if it is under 15 years old
and sold in the USA market it is impossible to import it - sniff sniff.
I have 1/2 of a container left to fill this April which is more than enough
for a Vanagon / Eurovan. If you can get your paper work all in line and a
deal stuck by then - give me a shout. You share of the container would be
$2000 USD from Bremerhaven, Germany to Vancouver, Canada.
