If you're missing the cap/lock, that style is no longer available. The newer style is much easier to use, and is available from Euro American RV. As far as making a key for the existing ones, I make them all the time at VW shows, and have never run into any that are the same. They are easy to make a key for though. Your local locksmith should be able to do it (Ilco 1092C is the correct key blank) or I can make them if someone wants to ship me the lock.
