I have gone this route a couple of times to get missing keys replaced also. There are many different keys for these though, not just a code that works for all of them. The last time I needed keys my locksmith opened a drawer and pulled out a ring with a couple of dozen tiny Westy water tank keys on it. He tried them all one by one until one worked. Then he duped it for me. If I had known this, I could have saved myself the trouble of removing the water access housing. The locksmith said he gets so many requests for Westy keys that he started keeping a copy for each one that he took apart to make keys for. Now he rarely finds one that he doesn't already have a key for.
