Seriously considering selling this work van which I bought for the inline 4 parts. It is a running van with the original diesel trans and a CIS Scirocco 1.8. I'd like to get $1850 for it. It is located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Northern California).

Some of you may remember my posting when I first acquired it. The front seats look great but there are no other seats. Body needs attention. I don't have any pics at this time but if you are looking to convert your Vanagon to inline 4, this is cheaper than just the conversion parts alone. Brakes were just redone by the PO. Almost new rotors, etc. Tires on stock steel 14" rims are in very good shape.

I will consider taking a Syncro tranny in part trade or <?>

Selling to make room for recently acquired an 86 Syncro Westy Weekender which needs a lot of attention. Body work, rust and tranny. The usual crap.

Pmail me if you are interested. Don't want to take up too much list time.
