Hi Listees,

I'm getting to the point of no return here...for those who like to play
with these puppies, look for my probable and upcoming post to sell.   I
dunno...maybe she's mad cause I haven't named her yet after 7 months.
I've neglected her pleas for a digitool, havent dusted the dashboard in
a month and I stuffed a king size mattress into her yesterday...maybe
she's trying to tell me something...only problem is I haven't thoroughly
learned to speak vanagon yet...and fàhrfegnügen (please no spelling
corrections) i am NOT.

Tonight I went to play taxi-mom for my youngest.  It's a relatively warm
night here in New England, slight breeze, dry air and about 55F
degrees.  Nice night for a drive...yeah right...

Turn the key, crank crank crank...no start...huh? no fuel? no Way...I
did notice that the fuel pump hums so quietly all of a sudden in the
last few days that I have to really listen to hear it; up until then it
was loud enough to notice...but she's been running great and really
enjoying this nice weather.   Okay, so maybe I really Am blonde...did i
hit the accelerator before I tried to start it? hmm, maybe...geeze maybe
I flooded it...held the pedal to the floor...crank crank crank THUD
nothing....crank crank crank THUD nothing...oh mann, now what did I do.

I'm sweating bullets here volks...very noticeable raw fuel odor and I'm
afraid to go near her to even try to crank it again.  Please please
advise.
