Further to my thread on bubbles in the expansion tank. I started it up
today. Let her get to temp. Thermostat opened - little bubbles started.
I could see air bubbles moving along in plastic tubing hung just under
the lip of engine hatch. Tubing is in segments with various Ts. Looks
like tubing maybe return from rear heater box ? Looking into engine
compartment, it comes out right of center travels left around hatch edge
back to upper coolant vessel(whatever that is)
Trapped air or gasket? Van went back to service guy today. I would like
to be armed when he tries to spend more of my $$$$.
