Hi y'all

I just thought of a solution to the "sticker" debacle and at the same time to the "where are we from" question. Simply mount a small flag on the front top of each side of the van. The right hand side flag would be the flag of the country (or State) you are from and the other one would have the vanagon sticker sewn on. We could even sew on more than one sticker to please all the designers. That way, we could in all safety, quickly identify ourselves as members of the prestigious Vanagon club. The flags could be hinged so that they bend over when entering a garage. Also on the Vanagon flag we could sew on a 4 digit number which would identify us by name to another list-member. That way we would know whose van we saw in a parking lot or parked in a street. We could then e-mail the owner saying we saw their van in such and such place on such and such day.
