This joint doesn't need any sealing, don't use this.

Why did you throw a rod? Do you have any cooling problems? Put in a new clutch while you are at it, or at least a new disk. Get the Haynes or Bentley for the details of the process.

Replace the fuel lines, and any coolant hoses that are hard to replace when the engine is installed. You may want to replace the two crossover pipes of the exhaust system too, especially if yours are original. Much easier now!
