I'm trying to determine how difficult it is going to be to locate a bumper
for the 1990 Vanagon I may buy.  I called our import junkyard, he said he
didn't have any 1987-1991 bumpers, didn't see any on his locater computer,
but if he did have one it would run $250 -$300.


Is this the sort of thing that is going to be difficult to find?  And no, I
don't really want to bolt a treated 2x6 onto my $7,000 purchase.
