With your remaining buck, go to your local metric fastener store and buy an M17 bolt and two nuts to match. (This is a bolt with a 17mm head). Spin the nuts on to the bolt, then lock them hard against each other. If you're feeling picky, go share a beer or two with your friend-with-a-welder and weld the nuts on to the bolt. You've made the transmission plug tool. Use it with a 17mm socket, open-ended wrench, whatever you need. Be happy! T. BTW: I advise you *not* to go to Canadian Tire for this.
