Don't put this off too long. We had a CV joint physically break on our Saab 900. We had the click, click, click in turns and then after a while, there was a pop, grind, grind, grind and then we were dead in the water. I had my wife turn the wheel and I grabbed the shaft and twisted it relative to the wheel to confirm. Do it on your terms, not on the part's terms, leaving you stranded. -Karl > Got to be the CV joints......ours makes the exact same sound! CV's ready > to go in but haven't had the time just yet. >
