>I got the van as a parts van to take the motor out of and put into Lauren's >troubled '85 (see posts a couple of weeks ago) since the motor in this van >was recently rebuilt. I tried to talk Lauren into just repairing this van >(needs clutch or tranny work) and driving it since it was so sweet, but she >loves her '85 too much. I was going to part it out but it is too nice. You're killing me here, Ken! I was agonizing over this decision for hours after I talked to you yesterday, and spent a lot of time last night trying to figure out a way I could afford to get my both my '85 and this '84 "donor" on the road. Alas, it's just not possible. I hope I don't end up regretting this decision, but for now, it feels like the right one. sigh....... Thanks, -Lauren |
