Why? I live in Florida, Orlando, and drive a 1984 Vanagon as a daily driver, and get this, I dive about 120 miles a day to and from work. Part of this is city and part is turnpike. All this on a 1984, with in excess of 250,000 miles on it. No need to sell a Vanagon just because your moving to Florida. Next month there will be the Buses Over The Bridge Event, and last year we had 97 buses there (OK, maybe it is a combined split/loaf/vanagon number, but you're be surprised at how many vanagons show up every year.).
