Steve; Forget the pressure test, it's pretty useless. The pressure cap limits pressure to about 10 to 12 psi. Just look at the coolant reservoir. If it's 100% filled with coolant then the system is fine. If there is ANY air in it then I would say there is a 99% chance of trouble. There is a small chance it was not bleed correctly after maintenance. To verify have a mechanic "sniff" the overflow tank with the wand on his emissions tester. If any hydrocarbons are present run don't walk from this one.
