My Vanagon will be undergoing a facelift this coming Wednesday. I have some minor rust under the left corner of the windshield. This will be repaired and the front end repainted from the seam at the top of the A pillar to the seam behind the bumper. I am going to be replacing both windshield sprayers with tubing as well as the antenna and of course the windshield gasket. I ordered the gasket, real VW w/o chrome trim, from the Bus Depot and the antenna and sprayers from Camelback VW. I will be removing all of the parts prior to painting and reinstalling them. I will probably destroy the original sprayers while removing them, but would like tips on how to remove/reinstall them. I am also going to run new washer hose line. I'll let you know how it all turns out and hopefully have some good before and after pictures. Getting rid of the brown/yellow faded chrome trim will be a huge improvement on its own.

BTW I am also having my fiberglass front bumper repaired, it has a crack on the top directly in the center and on the bottom of the license plate area.
