Need an opinion:

1. Bosch Plugs: Does anyone out there have the bosch +4 plugs seen here http://www.fastgermanauto.com/product.htm ? If so, what do you think about the performance increase (if any).

2. Heater Fan: My front heater fan has been squeaking and I was told its a pain to replace. Can someone out there define pain for me please? I will need a new fan too. Can this be done easily in my garage or does the job need a professional? Time required to do it?
