I have gotten about half dozen+ responses to the Syncro Post today.  

As I have stated I will look at this van for those interested.
If this guy drives it to me here in Mariposa then it is definitely road worthy.  The incline he'll have to drive (just to get it to me) will tell allot about how well it drives.
I'll take it for a spin and check everything you want me to look at in side and out. I'm not an expert mechanic by any means but I'll definitely do the best I can.
