Top speed on my Syncro Double Cab with ~130hp driving all four wheels is 160 km/h plus or minus a little bit... almost 5000 rpm in fourth - going down a loooong hill.

I have had my 84 Westie up to 140km/h on the prairie...

In both cases I would not want to do this for any amount of time - just too dangerous!

Did your mum confess to this speed or is this what the photo radar said she was doing... kinda hard to believe.
