Pull off the heating deflector and push your wire down through the rubber boot which holds your heater hoses. Zip tie it along the bottom of the van and then go up through the back side of the cabinet at the rear of the van. You're then inside the AC housing and pretty much home free. As I recall, I did mine from the other direction, but either will work. You'll obviously need to drop the spare tire for this.
