Gary, I was working on my used engine this weekend and had to do the same thing. I was able to get a 13mm 1/4" drive socket on the lower nut and use a 1/4' drive non-ratcheting bar handle that came with the socket kit to get it on and off (no room for the ratchet drive). Either buy this tool or remove the engine mount, with it off you can use any 13mm socket with an extension. Fun, eh?
