Subject:      Power steering loosing power - '86 Syncro

Has anyone had the experience that the power steering sort of fades in and
out.  It steeres fine, but the power boost seems to get weak, maybe when it
is hot?  The main way I notice this is when on a road with a lot of crown or
on a bank when the van wants to turn down the crown and it is heavy to hold
it straight.  Any ideas??
