Subject: Shifter resistance?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Windows-1252"

Hey all- Not sure quite what to search for in the archive, so I figured I'd ask. I'm at 165K on my '87 Wolfsburg and am noticing intermittant resistance shifting out of 2nd or 3rd gear. It doesn't seem to be related to heat or anything else I can tell. Clutch doesn't slip or any type or engage badly- could this be a shifter/linkage deal? Any thoughts?

Thanks!
