Did the conversion according to the package instructions.

Have the R12 extracted. Put new fitting on. Put R134a in. Put oil in. Put more R134a in. Done.

I changed nothing. This is the "least cost solution" according to the materials purchased.

Did you replace the receiver/dryer? I thought this was mandatory if converting.
