Just to clarify here, an INTERMITTANT wiper relay is a cheap and easy thing
to get; just go on my website.  The fabled PROGRAMMABLE one, where you can
actually choose the interval timing of the intermittant mode, is the one
that's hard to get, and no I don't have it either.  (By the way, if you
order it from the dealer you will receive the standard intermittant one
instead.)
