Listees

I saw this in the paper this Sunday and called on it:

88 Vanagon; CA car, Spotless, Kenwood Stereo, $4000/offer (716) 338-2719

It turns out this young man lives around the corner from me and I had seen the van before. It is metallic Blue GL with blue interior for 7 passengers. It has a 4 speed and AC and a Kenwood with speakers for listening to Good Lovin'. The guy picked it up from a local car lot with 146K with California stickers on it.

He had the heads/gaskets replaced at a very reputable VW shop around here (Listee endorsed). DAN's VW in Walworth NY has gone through and checked and fixed everything to work on this van. The van currently has 155k miles on it.

Give Jim a call if you need further info, I would be able to check it out and report my findings, if anyone is interested. Jim is selling it because he wants a VR6 Corrado. Yeah and who doesn't!

Cheers

Joel 89 Syncro Westy
