This is getting old really fast and I'm not going to debate this on the list
any further after this because it's already taken up too much bandwidth.  Flame
me if you want.

If you look through the chronology of messages about all this, there was:

1) a long and protracted sticker debate
2) a vote call
3) vote results
4) someone asking why there weren't that many votes (using a subject line I
hadn't filtered yet)
5) my response to (4) along with a few others stating that we had tuned out
6) withdrawal of the sticker project, presumably based on (5)
7) whining that curmudgeons like me killed the sticker project

So, I didn't "complain" but only answered (4) stating why I personally tuned
out.  If the sticker organizers can't take the fact that these kinds of
projects aren't always going to have 100% buy-in, then they shouldn't do it.

The funny thing is that I'm not against the sticker idea at all.  I will buy
one, but I don't have the time to read all the messages on it and I wouldn't
have said anything at all if it weren't for (4) but merely waited for the
winner to emerge.

I'm sorry for the protracted discussion on this, but I refuse to get blamed for
killing the list sticker project.
