Richard: I have found that if you "warm up" the fridge using 110 for a few hours, it will usually light right up on gas. If not, there is likely a problem with the gas system. I found dramatic improvements by pulling out my fridge last year, burping it, and cleaning out all the combustion chambers, orifices, and other parts. (There were roasted husks of dead bugs in my combustion chamber) Good luck Brent Christensen '89 GL Syncro Westy Santa Barbara, CA ----- Original Message ----- From: Richard Golen <rgolen@UMASSD.EDU> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Thursday, March 30, 2000 4:34 PM Subject: Troubleshooting Gas Fridge
