If you run one burner continuously it should last about 48 hours from the 10 pound tank. The fridge will run a couple weeks in hot weather without the stove. There is no gas heat as stock equipment; a few Vgons have (very powerful) gasoline-fed heaters that draw plenty juice from the battery as well and are meant to be used when the van is running.
