My two cents -- ours (Thetford 135) lives behind the passenger front seat. We all the time move it around when stationary depending on where we want to put our feet, sit outdoors, etc. It fits under the overhang of the bed if we want it out of the way. Makes a not-bad ottoman for the rotating passenger seat. If 'twas bolted down it would be in the way a lot (or take up seat-locker space if you do the hole-in-the-wall trick).
