Blake, I sell Thule racks through our bicycle shop. Today I "tested" (held the foot up against the van and eyeballed) their extra tall foot and it has just enough clearance to go over the top of the luggage carrier. I can't remember the foot number. It is NOT the 387. I believe it is the 395 foot pack.Thule sells all their stuff modular, so you buy the feet, loadbars, bikes holders, etc. that meet your needs. But, the concept looks very workable
