Subject: Removal of Duct tape made easy!
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Hello from Atlanta--try Goof Off solvent---sold in hdwre stores and HomeDepot--to remove old duct tape residue. Just spot check to see if it is not taking off finish. I had tailgate gasket held on with duct tape, and goo was everywhere, on rubber gasket and on painted surfaces. Goof Off did a flawless cleanup of both surfaces. Fumes are awful, so do this outside on a nice day. Oh yes, the little 3 ounce can costs about $3.-, but in the Home Depot paint dept they have two 8 oz. cans for $6.-......

Regards, Christina and Mike Nichols 2-'81 Vanagons
