Eric,

You need to do further diagnosis, (fuel pump, pressure regulator) but it
could be the injectors.  After that many miles they are due for a
rebuild or replacement anyway.

I recommend you have them rebuilt, there is equipment for this available
now that many good machine shops have.  I had mine done at my local NAPA
shop for around $25 each.  They replace the hoses, the pintels, clean
them, flow test them and give you new sealing gaskets.  Those are the
parts that wear out, and mine have now been in service for two years and
30,000 miles with no problems.

If you can't find a shop in Laramie send them to me and I'll take them
in for you.  If you want to pay for Priority Mail you can have them in a
week or so, sooner with FedEx.
