That is a good point, brokers can sell these now too, you just have to
be careful to purchase the warranty before you pick up the car--once you
sign the papers and drive it off the lot no one will sell you one.  This
policy is to eliminate people who find something wrong the first week
and THEN buy the warranty to get it fixed.  They want you to gamble on
the warranty, but with an old Vanagon you are almost sure to win anyway!
