I know this has been covered before, but I can't seem to find this in the archives. I am trying to remove all of the original vinyl wall covering (which is peeling and blistering) from my '83 Westy and replace it with a fresh painted surface. Most of the vinyl has come off easily with a hair dryer, but there are some very stubborn pieces that try to take wood with them. Has anyone had success with a adhesive remover? I tried a sticker remover, but it wont penetrate the vinyl. Thanks for any input. Nate Richmond Cary, NC '83 Westy |
