Larry, Your correct the there needs to be a legal language for precision in the law. But it is rare that I get a letter from a doctor, physicist or chemist that I have to take to another doctor, physicist or chemist and pay them to tell me what it means. And that I'm going to have to pay them a lot more to keep the other doctor, physicist or chemist from taking a lot more of my money from me. I just nice to see a legal page in the public domain that tells you how to stay out of trouble in the first place, in real English. There for I may not need the services of my doctor, physicist, chemist or lawyer. Blitz |
