Careful folks, this is the guy that sent me the wrong manuals (on purpose as far as I can tell, after all the first half-dozen mails we exchanged had the manual description in the subject!), kept the excess when I accidentally sent him a check for more than we'd agreed on, and refused to respond to my e-mails when I tried to discuss giving him back the useless manuals and about the excess amount of the check. The envelopes the manuals were shipped in came embossed with the stamp of the law firm of Sawyer and Sawyer... how's that for a bit of black humor?
