I replaced mine once. it's an LED. It's not too difficult a job, just pay close attention to the stuff you disassemble, and don't kink the ribbon connector that connects all the gauges etc... If I recall correctly.., there may have been a little blue cap that came with my replacement LED, and one side of the connection is just slightly flattened more than the other - again, just watch for those details while disassembling.
