While I prefer a slightly higher pressure in my rear tires the front of my Adventurewagen, with a full tank of fuel, is heavier than the rear. The last time I weighed in 1994 its' unloaded weight was: Front axel = 2,388 (33 lbs. under GAWR) Rear axel = 2,120 (746 lbs. under GAWR) And loaded for a typical trip: Left Front = 1,308 ..... Right Front = 1,212 Left Rear = 1,081 ..... Right Rear = 1,145 equaling, Front axel = 2,520 (95 lbs. over GAWR) Rear axel = 2,226 (640 lbs. under GAWR) Garrett Adams 83.5 Adventurewagen GL Stockton, California |
