What feels loose? If its the steering, follow along the steering shaft underneath. There are a couple of rubber steering couplers that keep vibrations out of the steering wheel. These will rot and crack. A bolt (2) thru a rubber disk is the only thing keeping the steering from going out. If yu can, have somebody wiggle the steering wheel while you look underneath. Make sure that person can't run you over though! : )
