In purchasing the syncro.org domain from network solutions, there was a screw up. For reasons I still do not fully understand, they claim that they cannot do the forwarding service where it would forward people to the current site unless i cancel the domain and re-register...for another $70. Syncro.nu forwards to the current site, which i get free.

So, it looks like I have to find a host for the domain. Peter has offered the DNS line into his house and use of a server so we could have a syncro Gerry, although i guess it would be called Peter! Will this work fairly easily?

Also, are there cheap services where I could park the URL and they would forward it to the current free site? The only other alternative seems to be to pay $20 a month for a commercial provider to host the site. Thanks for any info. steve
