What Vic was saying is that the bolt holes for the flywheel only line up one way. There is no way to put it on 90 degrees off, etc.

There are 3 small pins that protrude from the flywheel to make sure that the pressure plate only fits one way as well. No, the pins cannot be moved to different spots. The only way to put it on wrong is butchery.

I am going to install a new clutch. I will also remove the flywheel and have it machined. So how do I align the pressure plate in the correct location? (since it doesn't matter how the flywheel goes on, and the dowl pin can be positioned anywhere? or can it?)
