if you have a good enough battery , just crank it .. , or suck the fuel using an old fuel pump from the outlet of filter than pump it to fuel distributer , after this ,while someone cranking , you can bleed the air by loosening the nuts on the injectors , when you see the fuel coming out , tighten them .. this works fine and starts quickly
